The supplier has a web site:
www.lemans.com.cn
I am in US. HK Post is the shipper and they only compensate to the originator(the supplier).
Now the thing is, HK post can not be responsible for merchandise that were not in the box because the company put in much less quantity on the shipping papers. The shipper has no way of knowing how many or how much of merchandise was actually in the boxes. No one knows how many merchandise were put in the box before shipping except the suppiler.
The company filled out false quantity and the amonut in monetary unit on the declaration form. Therefore the HK Post will only compensate $1000HK yen= $130 USD to the supplier for my $8100 USD so called "lost merchandise".
The company is acting criminal when they filled out the custom declaration paper with false numbers. Now the shipper can only compenstate according to the paper the company filled out. The company even acknowledge of the actual amount of merchandise lost, but stating the policy of compensation from the shipper would cover so little. It was their fault to fill out the paper with false information. The company is responsible for every penny of my money for not deliver the full shipment.
