ordered x-530 combo with free pencil holder from newegg...no pencil holder :(

i'm not sure how to go about looking for the pencil holder and resolving the problem. i got the speakers through ups ground 1-5 days, and the box was a little dirty/dented/water stained but everything is ok. i'm not so much upset about the fact that i didn't get the pencil holder, but i am dissapointed with newegg or ups (whoever is at fault). i haven't called any customer service yet because i'll give it a few more days to arrive. any suggestions? (by the way...this is my second time ever ordering something online and i can't find the tracking number...help please?)

I love NewEgg, they are a great place to shop. First, call them and ask about your pencil holder. They can't help if they aren't aware of the problem.

To find your tracking number, if they sent you an email, it will be there. I find it helpful to give my email address when purchasing anything to get the updates.

If you didn't provide an email address, then look on the website under your account, it should be there.
