i suggest all stay away from onrebate.com merchants. i bought an ultraproducts x connect from zipzoomfly.com with a 30 dollar rebate. first the power supply was delivered with both fans broken, had to buy 2 replacements to use. then the onrebate.com scammed me out of the rebate. there are many complaints about onrebate. make sure you avoid them at all costs. don't say you weren't warned. both zipzoomfly and ultraproducts wash their hands of it. even though they are the ones advertising the rebate. i have filed a formal complaint with my states attorney general. but please, all avoid these scam artists.

Mine was a TigerDirect purchase as well. How did you get past their automated attendent? I chose to scream "I want to speak to a human" repeatedly until it acquiesced. I had to resubmit as well so as to include a barcode I had omitted originally. My rebate was "accepted" as of August 15. Still haven't seen that check...
Just visited the OnRebate site -- always the optimist -- hoping something had changed. Looks like they've had to remove the American Red Cross graphics. Hmm.....
