Here is what is listed in the Dunn and Bradstreet report. It is public information, but you need to pay for it through a private account. D&B do not have any history reports on credit worthiness, but have these comments.

In previous communications, management submitted information to D&B indicating Solution Seeker Networks Inc began operations in 2005, is a corporation, employs 40, wholesales durable goods and leases commercial space at 5190 Neil Road, Ste 430, Reno, NV. The business phone number provided by management was (386) 441-2894.
On October 27, 2005, a check with the Nevada Secretary of State revealed a corporate charter was issued to Solution Seeker Networks Inc on June 28, 2005. On October 27, 2005, a check with the Reno, NV and Washoe County, NV Business Licensing Departments revealed no record of the required business license being issued to Solution Seeker Networks Inc.
On October 27, 2005, a check with local authorities revealed 5190 Neil Road, Ste 430, Reno, NV to be the address of Corporate Service Center Inc, the resident agent for Solution Seeker Networks Inc. A physical address, if any, was unavailable for Solution Seeker Networks Inc. On October 27, 2005, a check with directory assistance revealed no record of a business phone number for Solution Seeker Networks Inc in Reno, NV or the surrounding area. A reverse lookup of the business phone number provided by management, (386) 441-2894, revealed it to be a residential listing for Leshawn Roundtree, principal, with an address of 114 Ocean Aire Terrace N, Ormond Beach, FL.
On October 27, 2005, a check with the Volusia County, FL Occupational Licensing Department revealed no record of an occupational license being issued to Solution Seeker Networks Inc or its principals, Alphonso and Leshawn Roundtree.
As a matter of interest, on October 19, 2005, management contacted D&B to set up business files on four companies: Abris Inc (DUNS: 60-854-3901), Solution Seeker Networks Inc (DUNS: 60-854-3927), Synergy Diversified Inc (DUNS: 60-854-4099) and Roundtree Worldwide Entertainment Group Inc (DUNS: 60-854-3976). It should be noted that all four companies have the same incorporation date of June 28, 2005; the same address of 5190 Neil Road, Ste 340, Reno, NV and the same business phone number of (386) 441-2894. Three of the four companies (Abris Inc excluded) listed the number of employees as 40. Abris Inc listed the employee figure as 25. In addition, it was indicated that the stock for all four companies was wholly-owned by Digital USA Inc, Reno, NV. A search of D&B's database revealed no record of a business file for Digital USA Inc in Reno, NV.
D&B receives over 580 million payment experiences each year. We enter these new and updated experiences into D&B Reports as this information is received. At this time, none of those experiences relate to this company.
A search of D&B's historical database revealed no record of a business file for Solution Seeker Networks Inc prior to October 19, 2005, when a file was created at the request of the company's management. Due to the discrepancies listed above, financial and credit information will be withheld.
