We'd like to clarify the following points, then it's to you to judge who is the liar, and the criminal.
Lie: Solution seeker said that we're their competitor. Hexino never sold Apple series before placing the order of Appel neno MP3from Abris(Solution seeker) on Sep 2005, and MP3 was just an occasional sales for us. Curious people can consult our site, we don't have MP3 goods on our site.
Truth: On Sep 2005, we wired 92xxx usd to Abris, until now, no goods shipped except 6 pcs samples that we never ordered just in order to confuse the legal service(you should have the same experiences: or you only got a very small part refund of your payment, or you only received a part of your order, that's how they scam people!)
Lie: Solution Seeker said that they proposed to refund us in Jan 2006, and we refused. Only idiots will believe what he said, suppose that you paid 92xxx usd, and you never got goods, will you refuse a kindly proposition to refund you?
Truth:They promised lot of times to the police that they would refund us, but we never saw funds in. We even accepted that they only refunds 80000 usd in stead of 92xxx usd, a condition almost innaccetable but imposed by Soltuion seeker to take our funds back, but finally, no news more since 2 months. Only stupid guds will continue to dream that funds can be taken back without taking legal action. Some victimes have the same experiences, so I think I don't need to say more to prove this point.
Anybody who has doubt on Hexino can reach us at 0033 562249319, we're not like Abris: always the same person replying to the calls(sometimes, there's a secretary), handling all the sales and when you want to talk with financial or other services for refunds, nobody will talk to you directly, you can only leave an email. What a multinational company!!!
Hexino is not capable to invent the scammed experiences that all of you're suffering. You wired the money, and you didn't receive the goods. That's the truth!!!
Just a comment about what Solution seeker said about Mr. Alain Fox, you have the number of Mr. Alain Fox and the number of Mr. Lathrop, just call them by yourself, and you'll discover what the police thinks about Soltuion Seeker.

You should make stories again.We don't believe you! Hexino is not your competitor in France, we have never sold Apple Nano, but only one time which we placed order to Abris company, we are scamed.Can you explain to us that 8 without receiving marchandises or any refound , especially , no voice from your company now is being scammed or no? Did you work with Detective Allan Fox Cordial? he has never received you phone call either?

Abris , Solution seeker doesn't need to defend itself by telling the lies.Refound us first, then , we are here to wait for your legal action against Hexino. We will be more than Happy to face to the court or any legislation services with Abris( solution seeker) one day!

Just wondering if anyone has anything new to report. Personally, I continue to call Solution Seeker and their "lawyer" and no one calls or e-mails me. They still owe me $3000.00 or 13 iPods. Looks like this has come to a stand still. Anyone else having any luck?

Hey,

I noticed that someone copied my post about "STRONGLY engouraging everyone to talk to Det. Fox" and put it up as a buying and selling lead on "www.solutionseeker.com". I don't have a problem with this, in fact I love the fact that we're taking the fight to their doorstep. My only concern is that it's a little out of context for anyone not familiar with the case. Whoever posted it may want to think about editing it and putting in some background information so that people who are not familiar with the case can get the full scoop. Just a suggestion.

Hahaha, looks like that mystery person drove them off the internet with his postings. Anyone have any idea what they changed their phone number to? Also, my main man William "Bill" Partington changed his voicemail. He took out the law office part, which I thought was kind of strange. Seems to me that if you're looking to start a company that pretends to sell iPods and you're looking to retain a lawyer, you'd overlook ol' Bill with his new message....bad business move on his part

Daytona isnt far from me. I will go get some pictures, addresses, any information I can, but I cant do it for free. If a few of you want any of that information and want to group together let me know. I know when I got scammed I wanted to see their faces REALLY bad, I finally got to see a mug shot of one of them when she got arrested, the other two still havent been even though I gave the detective their, addresses, phone number, first and last names, friends names, friends numbers and addresses, and a whole lot more.....cops
