Dell Outlet-Customer Non-service
I ordered a pc from the Dell Outlet on November 13th. The delivery was totally incorrect . . . I have spent hours attempting to get the correct product. E-mail yielded automatic responses for the most part. Telephone agents assure you that they have resolved the problem when they haven't. They have picked up the incorrect product sent me a tracking number, and then returned the incorrect pc to me in the same box a week later. I'm assuming they would be more than happy to cancel the order, since they don't seem to have the product anymore. FYI buyer beware.
