I suspect Cyberpower, Inc., a computer sales business out of California, is posting their own reviews to even out the score. I had an absolutely horrible experience with them, as have others.
If they're tampering with reviews,they're doing a terrible job of it.Their rating is only 6.5,no way would I do business with a company with that low a rating.
