I was shocked when I spoke with several of my friends and noticed that positive reviews of stores were being posted to the resellerratings.com website but most of the truthful negative reveiws we attempted to post were not. Furthermore I followed several stores and noticed a culling of negative reviews and artificial jumps in the store ratings as a result of the culling of the negative ratings. One store jumped from 7.5 in the last six months to 9.24 in a period of days; with most of the negative reviews deleted. I guess I should not be surprised, after all resellerrattings.com makes there money on selling advertising and clickthroughs to the stores on their sites. It is a shame to seem them masquerade as a "consumer oriented" site when they are stacking the deck for their key customers, the stores that provide them revenue.
Well I'd say considering the person that originally posted that comment over there only has 5 posts total and had only joined the site that day they wouldn't be the most reliable of sources. I've used RR for years now and I have seen some reviews both neg and pos removed but only due to the fact that they are falsely posted, by spammers, or co's trying to falsely bloat their ratings!
I only use RR when looking for something online. I search for the item, then check out the reviews of the sites, for which the item is listed to be at.

Well I didn't scroll all the way through the post so I didn't notice Scott's response until he pointed it out. But I can say that its right on line with the way I've known RR to be handled. I know Scott and his staff of flunkies do as good a job as they can. And its better than most "IMO" Plus there is not too many people like Scott, Rob or the rest of the staff that will provide a hands on approach that you get here at RR or over at Timo
