Only you can truely make that decision. As for who bought from them, that's what you have ibuypower link at RR for.
Is there any other company that you'd want to buy from more than ibuypower at this point or is everything pretty much an equal risk? When it comes to purchasing PCs online, no company is immune to problems, the difference is in how they handle them and treat you after they have your money. On the other hand, companies also compete for a minimum number of such problems and some are better at it than others.
I would treat this purchase as an automatically bad computer on arrival that needs fixing. That way you will be pleasantly surprised if it works out of the box, and be ready to deal with replacements, if it doesn't.
EDIT: Judging from the comments at RR, people sometimes get the same non-replaced parts after the "repair", and some end up wanting a refund, in which case you're paying shipping costs both ways. So, if you truely decided to go ahead with ibuypower, and if your computer has problems, I would write a letter clearly defining the parts you demand replaced and a confirmation from a tech or a manager that they, indeed, were replaced, before having them send it back to you. That might hopefully avoid multiple sending back and forth and extra frustration.
