Have any of you requested a refund from him yet? Just reading this thread kinda scares me. I've only ordered 15 units, but that's a fortune to a college student like me. I requested a refund last weekend, and haven't heard back from him yet. I let you know when I get a check.

Gene just sent an update today. Bet you can guess what he said. He said his supplier is still trying to work out the fine details, so maybe next week. He also said he was getting paper work together to sue anyone who is bad mouthing him, and would be sueing them next month. He is so full of crap! I demanded a refund because I know I will never see any product. His email said he would be giving refunds Wednesday of next week, but I do not want to wait until then. I would hope that everyone will demand an immediate refund. Good luck to us all! Maybe next week?

Gene sent an update today. GREAT NEWS!!!!!!!!!!!!

All productsa re in and all orders will be fulfilled next week.

I' ve been reading all of your postings. I have actually talked with Gene and believe him to be honest and straight forward. He refunded over $4000.00 to me back in November for Ipods. I can also tell you that I have accounts with two of the licensed Microsoft distributors mentioned above and they haven't had any X-boxs either. Every distributor is BACK ORDERED bigtime. Oh! and by the way thier price on X-boxs is $398.00 and up. My advise is to ask Gene for a refund and see if he issues one. If he does that will prove that he is lagit. If he doesn't, well lets hope he does....

If Gene is legitimate, why would he say he has xbox 360s, but not deliver them. If he said he had them on back order and is still waiting for Microsoft to ship them, that would make some sense. He has said that they are here in the US and have been since before Christmas. I can understand if a supplier is unable to get any xbox 360s and states that as the reason. That is the type of person I would be inclined to believe. I no longer trust what Gene says. If he has them, then he should at least send us a couple even if he does not have enough to fill our entire order. I know that most of us have lost a great deal of money because we believed we would be receiving our orders before Christmas, so we hung on. I may have lost more than I will be able to recoup for a long time. Gene will not pay me for my loss because I do not have a contract with him stating so. We are the ones who lose all around. He could keep saying next week until next Christmas. I for one can not and will not wait any longer because of empty promises. If I get a refund, I will let you know, and no Gene I will not retract anything I have said in this forum. I have only stated what I have been through waiting for you to fullfill your end of the deal. Maybe next week?

SWEETMISTY is right. I also have account with 2 of the licensed Microsoft Distributors and they are all out, have been for a while, are charging $398.00 and expect stock in on the 12th. I also still believe GENE and will hold on untli the end. If you are all upset request a refund and see what happens.
