You are missing the point. I understand if a supplier says they can not get certain items. Gene says he has them and has had them since October and November. Every week he makes an excuse as to why he can not ship them. I see a very big difference. He keeps people holding on with a promise of next week and never delivers. If you have stock, you owe it to your paying customers to deliver that stock no matter what it takes. If you do not have stock you need to be honest with your customers and say you do not have any stock or can't get it at this time. I have asked for a refund which is supposed to be issued today. I will let you know if I ever receive it. I have communicated with the banned brokeabroke who says he has found out some very interesting information about Gene, and wishes everyone would contact resellersratings customer service asking for brokeabrokes reinstatement so he can share that information with us. I would love to hear what he has to say!

I would like to point out my forum name. It is who I am. I do not hide behind stage names so I can slander people because I had a bad day and not be accountable for my actions. Billionaire Donald Trump once said that e-mail and internet forums are for wimps not businessmen. It is important for everyone to realize that when you slander or are negative towards people or businesses you are only hurting yourself. A divine author once wrote, “you reap what you sow.” It’s a spiritual law that cannot be broken.

1) 1st to deal with my two accusers. Unfortunately “brokeabroke” got kicked off for slander last week. “Maybenextweekha” (real name deleted) why don’t you share with us what brokeabroke said since you talked with him so you can add to your own slanderous remarks to help my case I am about to bring against you.
2) Every customer I have has my phone number and can call me anytime, and we deal with business. I don’t have time to blame other people for my business decisions or normal business in a forum. You both have never called me.
3) Real name deleted, you say that I will not pay you for your losses. Business lesson #1 - Lost potential profit from future sales is not a loss. Name me one company in the world that pays people for lost potential profit for not getting them goods in a timely manner. Can you imagine how many people would be suing Best Buy right now for not getting them xbox360s?
4) You both say that I have never delivered product to anyone. Do you have access to my books and over 276 current customers? I think not.
5) I am about to deal with both of you on a legal basis; I will not allow people to slander my name now, or in the future. You are about to learn that you are accountable for printing one-sided untruths to slander someone for fun.
6) This site has had about 20 other people who have made legitimate positive comments and it gets about 60 hits a day. So what better way for me to get out the truth about myself and company and educate businessmen and women in how to do business in the wholesale electronics market. So I want to thank everyone that has participated and I apologize I didn’t get involved earlier. I have 24 years running my own companies and about 12 years in the retail and wholesale market.
7) Lastly, I would like to put this forum into a positive direction to help people learn the wholesale industry. It’s a very lucrative industry but can also be very difficult. I can help people get to know this industry by making posts 1-2 times per week on subjects such as:
How do I get merchandise at discount prices?
What is the gray market?
How can I find out if a company is legit?
How do I buy over seas?
How can I use e-bay and the internet to the maximum?
In one 2-week stretch last year I did over $1 million in sales on e-bay alone. So can you. The more we can teach people to network instead of tear down each other the more business we can all do together. Isn’t this the way these forums should be used? Its free advertising! Does anyone out there want to make extra money? Let me know what you all are interested in and feel free to post any legitimate questions you may have.

I want to thank resellerratings for bringing that point to mind. Brokeabroke was banned for improper language, not for slander. What I want to know genetheipodguy, is why you have not answered my emails as far as my refund request. You threaten to sue me for relating my experience with you. I think my lawyer would have a field day with all of your emails you have sent and how long you have delayed sending any product to me. I know a lot more about you than you think. I have stated that if I receive a refund from genetheipodguy I would let everyone know. Please let everyone here know if you have mailed that to me yet. You can grand stand on this forum all you want to, you can also threaten me if you want to, but there is something in our American constitution called freedom of speach. We all have a right to state the facts as we know it. And the fact is I paid you money for product in September and have never received any product, only excuses. Why is it that you have never told anyone that G & F Enterprises, LLC had a name change to Neujahr Enterprises, LLC back in September. You also did not tell the truth about why you were kicked off of ebay. So why should I be suspicious of genetheipodguy? As far as I am concerned, you can try to threaten people into silence if you want to, but the fact is I paid you to deliver product to me 5 months ago, product that you have been telling all of us for at least 4 months that you have had, but which as of yet you have never delivered.

I just had another thought about all of the people who have given money to genetheipodguy for Ipod or xbox 360s. I would like anyone and everyone to let us know if you have received these products. If you did receive product, please give the general date you received the product, or if you got a refund.

Well, now it seems I must wait for a refund. I put in a request several weeks ago and, just like with my ordered product, I'm being told "maybe next week".

4) “maybenextweekha” You waited for 8 weeks for Nanos at $175.00 each, anytime during that 8 weeks you could have gotten them from me at $217.00 each but you chose not to. You waited for 7 weeks for Xbox360s at $300.00 each, and anytime during that 7 weeks you could have gotten them from me at $375.00 but you chose not to. Other people chose to buy at a higher cost but you didn’t so don’t say I can’t deliver.

5) “maybenextweekha” and “Gben82: Everyone that has asked for a refund has gotten one from me, some in a couple days some in a couple weeks. When a customer places an order for product I turn around and purchase it also from the manufacturer or an importer. Since I am also a broker many customer’s orders get combined and placed as one. That’s how I can offer lower prices. If one customer then asks for a refund from that order I cannot cancel the whole order I have to refund them from my own cashflow and from company profits. Sometimes that may take up to 2-3 weeks. Go place a large order with a large company such as Apple or Microsoft and then ask for a refund. It takes up to 6 weeks with them. This is what is called in business CASHFLOW. Gben2 your refund is set to go out next Tuesday. After you receive it I would expect you to let the forum know that you did, unlike “brokeabroke” who asked for a refund on 12/03/2005 and received it on 12/09/2005 six days later.

6) Since e-bay names are OK and since mine has been published in the forum, maybe everyone should visit “brokeabrokes” ebay site. His ebay ID = “amal24”. He made his feedback private recently when a girl gave him that last negative feedback because he couldn't get her Nanos. I read it before he put it private. Interesting guy I guess those that judge do the same things. Don't believe me? Ask “maybenextweekha” to have him make it not private, maybe that will show you his character. 7) “maybenextweekha” I was removed from e-bay for listing too many xboxes. I used 2 accounts at one address so I could list more product as they had put a $200,000 per month limit on my one account. I will get back on in about a month because right now I have all the business I can handle.

8) Lastly, I will not go back and forth like this in a forum to defend myself, as I don’t have time. If anyone has a question and wants to learn as I stated before I can help. All my customers have my phone number. I do want everyone to know that I have not received my refund yet which ipod guy said would be processed February 8, 2006. Ipod guy has demanded that I refute what I have said on this forum and apologize, or he will keep my money as evidence in his lawsuit. I do believe that my money will be my evidence not his. I will not apologize for telling what I have been through these past 5 months waiting for my orders to be delivered to me. In the first place, the amount I paid for the nanos was $195.00 per piece and that was before adding in shipping and insurance which is how I calculate how much I will need to sell them for in order to make a profit. When you sell an item to someone it is a binding contract that you deliver that product at the price paid when ordered by your customer. He acts as if he is not responsible to deliver to me the products that I ordered. If ipodguy is not affiliated with G & F Enterprises, LLC then why did he use that as one of his accounts in September? I have that name on an invoice he sent to me and on several other emails. In fact, he has spelled his business name in several different ways. Why is that? I would like to know when ipodguy ever had any ipods or xbox 360s in stock at any price. Has anyone ever received their order? Ipod guy has threatened to sue brokeabroke and is claiming that brokeabroke is "amal24" which is totally inaccurate. In other words, ipod guy assumed that brokeabroke was "amal24" because the initials are the same. He really does not know who brokeabroke is because brokeabroke did not contact ipod guy through ebay using an ebay identity. I have learned my lesson the hard way. It is important to carefully check out someone before sending them money, even if it costs a little bit to do so. It can save you a great deal of trouble and financial loss in the end.
