I am writing to advise you all not to use WickdDealz here in Australia and a trustpass member of Alibaba.

A mate and I placed an order with Wickddealz over 1 month ago and have never received my goods, After speaking with Jill she has refused to refund our money as well as we are pains apparantly.

We are now in the process of taking legal action against her and her business through the Victorian courts here in Australia.

I have ascertained (with the help of others) what she does in terms of business, she gets a lot of people to place small orders with her and she stockpiles them to one huge order with her supplier, the problem is though she never gets enough customers to make up an order with her supplier.

I have spoken with a number of other people who have used her and they have all reported the same thing.

I highly recommend this company be well and truly shamed. Her website is legitimate as are her contact details but she doesn't deliver and now doesn't refund wither.

October 1st she got my order. It is now almost the middle of November 2005. Is there any way I can jump on the bandwagon as she has my money as well!! Over 12K!! I checked on her every which way I could. She was trustpass she is a registered business in Australia. So much for Trustpass Verification. This is crazy. G'day,

My mate and i did receive our money back this week hooray.

The woman and her company are legitimate that i do know as i live in Australia and did my research on them prior to placing an order.

Her contact details on her website are also accurate.

The problem with WickdDealz is that they seem to stockpile orders from customers from people like you and me, and once they reach a certain number they then place the order with their supplier.

From what i can gather though the company never reaches the quota of their supplier and ends up refunding customers money after they fight tooth and nail for it.

No use reporting them to the police either as they can't help, particularly since the law is different here in Australia and the fact that the company is not a scam in the true sense of the word.

Was It a large sum of money she got from you ?? I have also contacted Alibaba to see if they can help. I'm Just starting out and
cant afford to lose that money. Did you contact police and file a report? I'm sure the police would be able to get her for something Internet fraud maybe. Alibaba has taken her account off their site. Please let me know thanks, Charles Bird USA

G'day again Charles,

The amount was around $6,000AUD.

We spoke to the Broadford police but they could do nothing as it is a civil matter, and they don't get involved in them.

Went to a few government departments instead and they have a civil complaints tribunal here, and if worse comes to worse we would have used them and they would have forced her to refund the money to us.

I spoke to alibaba about her as well (about a week ago) and they where going to review her listing and talk to her about my complaint.

The girl is a c*nt. Something is seriously wrong with her. I have spoken to her through email a few times. She's not very bright and goes off the handle easily.

Not sure how it works with international customers though.

I do thank you for your help. I had been doing some research since the last email and had found that site. I have already sent an e-mail to the civil & administrative tribunal to see if they can help me or at least point me in the right direction. Worst comes to worst I think I would have to get a lawyer in Australia to file the civil suit and g from there. we'll see. Here is hoping I get my $$ back. I have not told her what I'm doing as yet. I have also given every bit of info I have on her to the tribunnal. At the very least I hope they take her business licence away from her. Thanks again. Charles Bird USA

Hi Matt, I have also gotten in contact with Alibaba to try and help me. Can you tell me if she was a Trustpass member when you were dealing with her? Alibaba is telling me that she was never a trustpass member. As luck would have it I had printed a copy of her trustpass page online. I faxed that over to them. Did you deal with her direct to get your money back?? As I said I sent an e-mail to VACT I have received no reply as yet. Any advice you can give would help. Thanks again, Charles Bird
