I believe that Jill was scammed , and I also believe that Jill IS doing everything she can do in order to refund monies to the people she owe's. I think she was scammed when she changed suppliers, But I also think she did not do her homework and that is why she got scammed. The best thing Jill has at the moment is that I believe her story and also that she has been in Frequent E-mail communication with me. I told her I could hold off as long as she is truthful and honest with me (even if I might not like what is being said) we would get along fine. To the guy on this fourm who said take her to court. How much money does Jill owe you?
It takes trust to build a business relationship with someone. But it also takes honesty and truthfulness. If I did not believe that Jill is not a scammer I would not be trying to work with her. I beleive Jill is full of it. She could've been getting scammed up to Invoice #4, but if she kept getting scammed, why would she keep going through with it? She was greedy and now she's in a pickle, that's my opinion.

I ordered 50 ipods from Jill end of September and sent her $10K (Invoice #10). I have been sending emails to her as of November but have never received a response. Please let me know her new email so that I too can try to get a refund or at least an explanation from her personally. Thank you!

hi there guys... i was looking for an ipod nano on ebay and i found 5 for $1100 australian dollars (very cheap, if u consider the others are around 260 on ebay) so i sent a message to the seller and she told me to contact wickkdealz... so i was doing my homework in google to search about this company and i found all this situation... now i ask to all of you... honestguy is saying she is trying to get more orders of ipods nano and mobile phones to earn some money and pay the 60k to all her customers, so do u reckon that if i buy this ipods i would get them or i would be like you waiting my money back for months??? she is not only in ebay she is in wholesale as well... cheers

Well I would suggest that you NOT purchase anything until everyone has their money back. Jill seems to be falling back into old habits and has not responded to me in 3 weeks. I have talked to her and she is selling OEM MP4 players that are NANO LIKE. They only go up to 1GB. I have some samples of a similar item I purchased samples of. Apple has recently put out an 1GB nano player for 149.00. As I said before it seems that there are no APPLE RESELLERS on the internet that are going to give you wholesale pricing. it seems that Ipods and PSP Players are the most fraudulent items being sold (scammed)on the internet. There is a guy in New York who sells apple products(Nano's) I have not dealt with him but he has a DUNNS number. You can download a excel sheet on his items with qty and pricing this is the stuff he has in stock. His pricing does not leave alot of room to make profit but you can, and it will be the product specified. I cannot deal with him as I have no money!! I wonder where it is?? Anyway I would say use common sense and be wary of pricing and avail issues. Also start out small on orders, Better to only lose 2k than 12k. Hope this helps. Charles Bird USA

Well guys it looks like I will never see my money back from this company or the owner. I have no recourse. I'm on the other side of the planet and I'm not going to throw good money after bad to try and get money back that I'm pretty sure she will never have. All I can say is NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY OR PERSON JILL EZARD I have given her plenty of opportunity's so now I'm done with her. Her website has been suspended. She was trying to put together a scam list of names, Well I guess she should put her own name on that list. Because of her dishonesty I will now have to wait 2-3 years to try and restart my business. I hope everyone will be very careful in todays marketplace on the internet. If pricing looks to good to be true it usually is even if you check the people out and the info can be verified you can still be ripped off. Good Luck to you all. Charles Bird
