Shop4Tech.com WORST SERVICE EVER

I ordered an Enermax NoiseTaker 485W from them which on their site was written as "495W". It took 4 days to get to me and during all this time I emailed them 6~8 times to ask for my order status and tracking#, never got a single reply. Then the order came, and it was poorly packaged in a DVD-R box with no paddings at all, and one corner was dropped on pretty hard where the Enermax was sitting. So I contacted their customer service and the guy on the phone was very rude and kept insisting that their site says "485W" and not "495W", so I said whatever and hung up and began installing. About 30min or so after powering it on it died with a loud pop. It's obvious that it was damaged and I gone through hell to get a damn RMA#, which took me a whole week.

My girlfriend used to work across from their warehouse, and she often went to return their mails which were dropped off at my girlfriend's work by mistake. She said the company is full of young kids some even look teens. So people, be smart and avoid Shop4Tech.com at all costs!!!

Now I pray to God that the refund process will go smoothly without anymore BS from Shop4Tech.com!!!

That's not all. I returned the DOA power supply via UPS Ground with tracking + Digital Signature Requirement and 4 days later I got a replay from this email address: hiandy@shop4tech.com stating that they never received my package, which had my name all over it and I notified their RMA & shipping dept 1 day prior to shipping it out, and whoever is hiandy acknowledged that he/she would look out for it. I was about to explode but I kept my cool and showed them the proof that it was delivered and their Shipping Dept. signed for it. Then "hiandy" apologized and said it is there now, and said will process my refund ASAP. Well, it has been 6 days since "hiandy" said that and I have yet to see an update on my refund.

This company is a big scam, it's basically ran by kids whom havent got a clue on how to do business, nor do they have any principles at all. AVOID Shop4Tech.com!!!!!
