I use Distribution DVE in Canada. Has anyone else purchased products from Distribution DVE.

well, i don't have a ton of luck with Email, but I would say that they answer the phone about 80% of the time which is a lot more than anyone else. Plus they usually call me to give me updates.

I have been trying to get them to send me an invoice for about 2wks. I spoke to someone and they said they had system problems,which should be fixed today10/29/05

I have been waiting for my product for 3 weeks. They're good at answering my e-mails, but they seem a little un organized.

yes it is my first time. They're prices were the best so I went with them.

Me too I thought their prices were the best too. But I have been waiting for this invoice for a while now. Hopefully they get their problem fixed.

But they say 7-10 days for shipping after payment is cleared .

I guess it could also depend on what payment method you use. It takes a little while for international bank transfers to clear. It may also depend on the product and quantity of the product you ordered.

Has anyone dealt with them? I'm hoping I didnt get scammed. Is it harder for scamers to get away if you have their banking info? since I paid through wire transfer.

I think they are highly disorganised. I have their account info too. And I also have thier business registration papers if that helps

It also could depend on the method of payment you used and when it cleared. Hopefully you get it soon.

I found this site thank heavens. I too have paid for a fairly large order through them. It's getting more and more suspicious. They told me last week that I would receive my order in 7-10 days. So on the 10th day I asked for my tracking numbers...it took them 5 days to let me know that it hasn't even been shipped yet. I am very disappionted and it looks more and more like a scam to me. Has anyone received any merchandise through them yet?????
