well, i don't have a ton of luck with Email, but I would say that they answer the phone about 80% of the time which is a lot more than anyone else. Plus they usually call me to give me updates.
I have been trying to get them to send me an invoice for about 2wks. I spoke to someone and they said they had system problems,which should be fixed today10/29/05

I guess it could also depend on what payment method you use. It takes a little while for international bank transfers to clear. It may also depend on the product and quantity of the product you ordered.
Has anyone dealt with them? I'm hoping I didnt get scammed. Is it harder for scamers to get away if you have their banking info? since I paid through wire transfer.
