I just got a phone call from the FBI after giving them a "tip" They said that there is nothing that they can do because it is out of thier jurisdiction!!! He said to try the ifccfbi.gov website.

When I talked to Vick he said he had an order for $800...so if it's none of ours than there has to be others.

So Kaylee did you ever get your products, if not, how long have you been waiting now? Also what items did you order from them, and also what did that person order that was $800? If they are goingt o have the freaking phones off or whatever, they better be busy shipping or stuff, or maybe they moved to somewhere already. Isn't it funny how their phone work so far until now, huh?

Ok...one guy says he ordered 80K worth of product, another said 132k worth of product. From those two orders alone that is a looooooot of merchandise. Have you guys ever slowed to think that they may be shipping orders? I understand you being upset and afraid and I agree that an email would have been nice to explain the situation. But right now you guys have basically yelled "fire" in a movie theater. I'm sure there is a lot of panic going on and hundreds of people trying to call. That is probably why no person can get thru. Now on the other hand, what are you guys going to do if they are legit and you do get your product? From reading this forum i'm pretty sure their name is mud from now on.

I had not ordered yet. I had been waiting forever for the invoice.

I had ordered 65 nanos and recieved my last email from them on the 5th of November. They said it that email that they were sorry they hadn't shipped yet and that they would ship yesterday the 9th. I emailed them a couple of times through the week and still no replys. They usually would have emailed me back by now it useually took a day or two to get a response. I think there is still a small chance they are working on filling orders, but it seems unlikely.

The last time I heard from them also was on the 5th of Nov. and they told me the same thing. I only ordered 10 4g mini's. Maybe they are busy shipping. I have also emailed them after the 5th and I haven't received a response either.

Here is the last email I received. Let me know if everyone received the EXACT same email or not:
Thank you for you re order with our company. In an effort to deliver all goods in a timely manner there might be a slight delay with email and phone replies. All orders placed between October 1st, 2005 and October 20Th 2005 are being processed to ship Friday , Nov 4Th. The reason for the delay is due to issues with Canada and US customs from our imports. The usual wait period is 10-14 buisness days from the day payment is recived. The products have all be released as of today , Monday October 31st . Orders for IPOD nano 4GB are also delayed due to some defective items at the fault of the manufacture. Visit www.apple.com for info on the screen callback on Ipod nanos.( Gladly only 1500pcs out of our 5000pcs were called back), All customers that have delayed orders due to this problem will receive a 10% discount on there next order as well as 2 free samples of the IPOD VIDEO.

I supposedly got scammed too. I ordered 25 2g nano's Oct.06 and was told they would be shipped Oct.04. I e-mailed for a tracking number and have got no reply. If it helps I tracked the e-mail I sent them so I have an IP address and location where it was opened which was in Montreal. I live in vancouver so I will be looking inot filing a compalint in with the RCMP here in Canada. Damn french men!
