This is the email I just sent Alibaba.com. I rather doubt it will impress but sometimes it just feels good to get things out in the open.

How do I remove myself from Alibaba.com?

I was one of many victims of Distribution DVE who was one of your trustpass members. I choose not to be associated with the organization that aided them through neglegence in their piracy.

I cussed Alibaba out. I had a few things posted and they told me that I was violating their rules posting trademark products. I told them that they should be using their time more wisely trying to catch all of the theives they have, than to be picking on me. I told them that they are very unorganized and their priorities are screwed up. I received a response..not about being scammed, but about the items I had for sale. E-mailing Alibaba is pointless, they are idiots.
As far as calling the Canadian police, they told me it was out of their jurisdiction.
Please be careful purchasing a group order if you choose so. I have been scammed 2 other times since DVE. (smaller amounts)
One of the places is a very reputable business, I chose to pay by Paypal....big mistake. Don't EVER use Paypal. I could set up a bogus website and sell $500 items. If 5 people choose to buy, you just drain your paypal account and put the money in your bank account. When paypal tries to recover the funds....they can't. So whoever paid for the items is s.o.l. Paypal allows people to get ripped off, and to LET people rip someone off.
Just be careful how you pay, and who you buy from. I think everyone that are selling iPods are scammers. That is the conclusion I have come to. Scammed 3 times.....being as careful as I can. I'm done. I owe more than $14,000 to people. Good Luck if you decide to place a huge order.......be careful and cautious.

I contacted my local police department as per RCMP instructions. The local authorities gave me the number to the RCMP. I contacted the RCMP and was transferred to RCMP INTERPOL. Now I have to get back to my local police cheif because RCMP INTERPOL deals only with law enforcement agencies.

My local police cheif now has to contact interpol in Washington and ask for assistance from RCMP INTERPOL. This is going to take a long time. I'll post my progress.

Sounds good everyone. I finally got over the holidays and been busy, but its again time to get the ball rolling again. I will keep everyone informed. Ya, I heared about Paypal also - I too am done with big orders and will be pulling to plug and consentrating on finding these bastards! Have you been in contact with the cat who lost something like 56K. He has investigators highered. I'll post his email when I switcha to my puter.

Yes we need to keep this active. I haven;t heard from other which is concerning. The rest of you please chime in once in a while and let us know any news.

Come on guys!! I desprately need some info here! If you guys don't have any new info or have given up then please say so.... I'm in the process of looking for these guys. I'm pretty sure they are going to be in Alibaba again since they were so sucessful at scamming a large amount of money last year. So, PLEASE let me know if you have any new info or leads. The guys who ran Distribution DVE need to be put in jail.
