Need to ask the bank Monday when the security guy comes off holiday(because no crimes are committed during this time as we all know).
How did Mike withdraw the funds? I was told in certified funds, they were to have bank drafts waiting for him. Now if this is true, guess what?
When those drafts get cashed somewhere, anywhere the bank will know it. Not sure if they can be revoked or not.
Most banks at least in the states would frown on cashing such checks without proper ID. ALSO if the Canadian bank followed procedures, the draft would have to be made out to Distribution DVE, which means they need another business account opened somewhere to cash the check, this isnt hard for the government to find based on the fact they have so much info already. Unless of course its get laundered. Either way its tracable.
