Just spoke to an Eric Watkinson at Alibaba's office here is the USA. Explain in detail the circumstances surrounding my complaint, which is our complaint.

I'm emailing him all correspondence along with bank info and contact info, emails etc.

Email your complaint to his email address, someone listed a few posts back. customer-service@us.alibaba-inc.com, attention Eric Watkinson.

I emailed and got a call with in the hour.

He is forwarding directly to the china office. He couldnt answer much questions about the trust pass, and didnt know if they were bonded or not or did a site inspection. But did list things they should have done. Which means there is another file on these guys. costs 349.00 to get this done.

Alibabas number is 510-438-7976. This is what showed up on the caller Id. Eric Watkinson is the CS Rep there.

Hey guys, got an e-mail response back form alibaba. if you do too, please reply back to them. This is what I wrote:

"Yes I am a member of Alibaba, that is where I found them and saw that they had a trustpass. So that is when I wanted to do business with them.
I called Distribution DVE and talk to 2 person by the name of Vic and Mike Diaz. They e-mail me business papers proving their legitimacy, but that could have all been a hoax. But anyway, I talk with them for about a month before ordering, and I recently sent them a payment of $3,000 by wire transfer to their bank on Oct. 26, 2005. They guarantee me and several others that they would contact us, and let us know when our items will be sent out but haven't heard from them since they receive my payment. So now I am out of $3,000 of my own money and no item, tracking number, or anything. And I have customers already ordering from me, which i have to return their money. There are several others that did business with Distribution DVE and have lost a lot of money. Again please help us."

Okay, I just emailed Erik Watkinson. I am going to search on line and see if I can find anything about anyone suing Alibaba or see if anyone has any information on their liability.

I PAID DISRIBUTIO D.V.E with paypal

Hello all, I paid this company way back in september with paypal. Almost immediately after 2-3 days their account was frozen. I sent 278$ US paying with my credit card through paypal to them. I filed a buyer complaint and I am waiting to get my money back sometime soon. Also they agreed to a refund of my money because they had no stock, but they could not refund my money as their account was frozen. By the sounds of all the posts, people have lost alot of money here. If you guys need any information about my paypal transaction with him just contact me at donaldsodav290@rogers.com

What, I tried calling alibaba's number, then I dial 7 to access company directory, and then type in eric's name. it doesn't even exist, are you sure his name is spell right?

I had my account from paypal frozen too, but you can still refund money even if you are frozen. In fact that is about all you can do when you are froze.n

hey donaldsodav290, call paypal, and see what you can dig up on Mike and Vic, see what their real name is, and whatever info you can find and post it here. Most criminals that are good are good, but sometimes they make a stupid careless mistake, that is all we need. Dang Donald how come you didn't find this forum earlier and told us about them.

I doubt each rep has an extension. But he is who it is.

I am sorry, I really did not know that this many people were involved. I am fairly busy and 278$ did not really bother me that much since I can chargeback so I do not usually search forums. However I am not very good at dealing with paypal? What number do I call about this and who do I talk to?
