Alibaba can hide behind that statement. Yahoo may not like their name is being dragged into a fraud situation. Regardless, Trust Pass approved them as a cerified vendor. There lies the risk on their part. The disclaimers they put up can't wash out what the purpose for trust pass is. Trust Pass was negligent and had no regard for certifying them. Trust pass should also be bonded for situations like this.

Isn't there an e-mail like Yahoo or Hotmail. That has a function that will let you know when receipents open e-mails you sent to them and reads them. We can see if Mike or Vic still read
our e-mails and laughing at us.
