The bank inferred there were weekly multiple wires coming in for about 8 weeks. After each and every wire, the bank stated Mike Diaz would call, request guarrantteed drafts be ready for pickup and clean the account out each time. Based on what I read hear and from what the bank said, you can bet if 500k plus.

So on Monday the bank better be on with the police to start the investigative procedures and exit the inquiry phase. Becasue its apparent we all have been screwed.

Only way to do big business with Paypal is to have have 90 day history, or they put 3k per month restrictions on you with limited withdraws. Im not a paypal expert by any means. But when I tried to set up a paypal accunt, I immediately got limited to what I could do.

So the way I read it here, everyone who wanted to go via paypal or CC got excuses of why they couldnt except it at the time.

I think you will find the majority of orders were wires. Just need the police to get the tapes and copies from the bank. I can not see it being to hard to track these guys in this day and age. Or at least know where the flew too etc. Returning the cash on the other hand won't be as easy.

This is sick. The reason I was so intent in persuing these people was because they had Alibaba Trustpass, and atleast pretended to accept PayPal unlike all the other people.

Apparently neither counts for anything nowadays. The thing is, they must've gone thru alot of trouble to put up credentials, then have the checked out, just to turn around and scam people.

Best of luck with all your recovery efforts. I feel bad for you guys, I was 1 step away from being in the same boat.

Its apparent to get a trust pass isnt to difficult. But for some reason I can not find the links to contact trust pass directly, or at least intiate the trust pass process than go after them. No way they verified that address.

Spoke with a gentleman at alibaba in the US and he gave me an email address of customer-service@us.alibaba-inc.com. Send him an email and explain your experience.

So there is a Mike Diaz, then the bank could ID who he really is. Please everyone, we all need to work together and try finding out more from the bank on Monday. With everyone's cooperation by contacting the bank, they will have to investigate this. Again, I know I didn't lose as much as some of you guys, but I am still pretty upset. I really hate getting screwed, especially with money, and I know I'm not the only one. So that is why I am going to do my best to do whatever it takes to get these guys. Sent 2 member emails to alibaba already, one yesterday at 11am, and another one today. Providing them with links to DVE etc. No response back.

RE: Mike Diaz. Well there is someone with that name. Basically like in the US, you need a valid photo ID, passport/DL to get a bank account. furthermore you need a business license. The bank laughed at the license, as he said you needed 350.00 to get that. The bank stated Mike Diaz is the signer of the account, and had no idea who esau diaz is. Bottom line is, they have his picture and copies of the docs. Cappuccilli confirmed that yesterday. With having that info, you can run but can't hide when the police has that much info on you.

Alibaba told me that all they can do is veify that they are who they say they are, after that they are not liable.
