The phone also didn't give an english option. It beeped so I left a message for him to call me back again. spoke to this person on Thursday at about 10:45am est


Apparently fraud doesn't get committed on holidays and weekends in canada.

A few posts back someone said that they had the IP address etc for Vick or Mike. I think that the best that we can all do is post any and ALL information we have on them we can work alot better as a team. Any time you make a call please document it here, also any time someone calls you back document it. I am going to get a Lawyer on Monday, I doubt that they can do anything, but they may be able to protect me from my buyers since it was not my intent to steal money. We will see.

well if you wired the funds. It will go through the Bank of New York first.

I think that the best you can do is be honest with your buyers and set up a payment plan to pay them back. Regardless of wether or not that makes them happy, I don't think criminal charges will stick. You can prove that your intent was not to scam them and you are trying to rectify the situation.

If they do a chargeback you would probably end up dealing with their credit card company. Maybe they will set up a payment plan with you.
