Ihave to agree on one thing, if we're all calling in at the same time then obviously we're going to get a busy message.

I have placed a small worder with them too for the 4GB nanos, and yes, it is true that there was a recall, but for every other order, I dont' see why there has been such a huge delay.

At first i trusted these guys and I keep telling myself that it might work out, but we'll just have to wait and see.

I only signed up to this site to discuss this issue as well because if you google distribution DVE this is the first link that pops up.

ALSO, the site where they had previously advertised on, wholesalegurus.com. no longer has their previous ad, and i believe that they are no longer on the alibaba.com thing either.

which totally raises my suspicions also.

I would like to beliewve that none of us were scammed but my order was placed early october and it's been more then a month and still nothing.

Most likely they are getting this stuff from someone else and the people they were getting it from has fallen short to them, I dont know, but the guy who says he checked out the place and it was a run down apartment? that really just takes away all hope from everyone.

However, the address is listed as a suite, so i really dont know.

Here is the email I got on the 4th. It was short and sweet and to the point. Since then I have heard nothing.

This is what the guy who sent the $132 emailed me about them.



Here is the latest update. The phones that we have been calling
are pre-paid cell phones, we were able to locate the store that they
were purchased at, under that esau name, we then were able to get the
home phone of the account holder, when we called, some woman answered
and said that guy was not there, within 15 minutes, someone called back
and said that guy does not exist and that they know nothing. I was able
to tie that name to a person with the same exact name in St. Paul
minnasota, after several previous conversations with "mike" he mentioned to my
assistant that some items are shipped from MN, this means that
this guy is invloved, we are trying to get an address to send the police
there, we have already filed two cases with the Montreal Police. We were
able to contact DVE's Bank, they have frozen the account, however-All
the funds are gone, according to the bank rep. These guys are
professional organized crime employees, they are very good at this,
chances are-they are long gone out of the country by now. The chance
that we catch them will be better as time moves on, but I highly doubt
that we will ever see our funds again.

They are still on Alibaba, I just checked, but I don't know what needs to be done to be removed and they really have no reason to be removed. I sent them an email from one of my email addresses that they have never seen last night stating that I wanted to order, but I haven't recieved a response on that one either.

I know that this isn't the best time to be asking this but since were all in the same boat does anyone know a viable distributor of ipods, xbox's, etc?

Well, I have been catching up and reading everything you guys have posted....one thing that hasn't been mentioned is that they said to call back on the 15th, right around the corner! Let's just wait...anyway, I will post furthermore later on...its 4AM right now....I have some dirt on em, I have the merchant account that they're registered with, maybe "gov't connect guy" could do something with that. I will post that later in the day...oh, and by the way...now I don't mean to sound like a prick, but, this happens to everyone out there who looks for all those dirty too good to believe prices and get caught like fishes in a pound by that big ass work floating on top. I am a LEGIT supplier, the only reason I came on here was to see if they were legit or not, cuz of course like everyone else in this business, I was looking for better pricing. But when I seen that the way they reponded to emails was so "not in detail" I was like aw man, I dunno about these guys so I started to research. If you guy are interested (probably not after this) you guys can hit me up on AIM Hubriz70, if maybe you have some emergency orders to fill or anything. And yes, I do take CC for safety, now why didn't anyone pay with one?! or paypal?! SMH, oh well...

Oh, my gooodness.
I am going to jail. I preordered all of my iPods, and now I am going to owe a lot of people money...what can I do about that? I told everyone they were shipped on the 9th. I just want to kick my self in the ass. I'm never ordering anything off of the internet again. Business licenses mean nothing to me now. Oh, by the way I called DVE's bank, and their account isn't even in Canada, it is a Houston Texas account. Bummer, I really was very trusting of them, I called and talked to Vick all of the time. I am so heartbroken.

Damn Guys, I can't believe this, no wonder they were able to sell the crap so cheap. Because they never had it in the first place. Shouldn't the stupid bank have the guy's real name and address, etc. Man damn, Kaylee, I know how you feel. That means I have to return customer's money, and lose my own freaking money also. These guys are freaking good. Are you positive the bank is in Houston, did it get rerouted from Bank of New York, then to their Bank in Montreal, and then down to Houston?
