If you are mad as heck and won't take it anymore, ask to talk to Sterling. He seems to be the one with the bargaining power. The reviews you see on most sites are mostly bad ones, because that's when people want to post the most. I had a small problem with them, and you can read my review here:

I think they just need a little better organization and better tools to keep track of their stock, since it seems to run out a lot, even when their site says it's in. I actually believe they are at 8.72 rating now. My order was a year ago, so I don't know if things are more hectic there now, but he's still there. At least give it a shot.
