Been frauded by CheapOTC.com

I purchased 3 50-g tubes of Mederma from CheapOTC.com. The company never shipped the items. When I threaten to report this to BBB, the company gave partial refund. About 15 CAD was lost/stolen.

Stay away from them and tell anyone you know. I know it was stupid of me.
First, the price was too good too be true.
Second, the web site looks cheap and unprofessional.
Third, only accept PayPal as the method of payment, instead of accepting credit cards.
Fourth, have no actual address or phone number.

On the bright side, only 15 CAD was lost, could have been worse. And hopefully, I've learned my lesson this time.

STAY AWAY FROM THEM! I was up late and that's why I made such a terrible mistake. Remember, never make an impulsive purchase!

My case is similar to the case above. I bought some items from cheapotc and I havenīt received anything. I paid using Paypal that I suppose it was a secure way to transfer my money. After some time I tried to talk with Paypal and this is his advise

At the end they havenīt made anything. So what I am going to post my case in every website to make the people know that Paypal doesnīt do anything in case you are frauded by people like cheapotc.

I'm surprised that this f**** website still exists. Too bad, neither Paypal nor Google would do anything about it.

Is there a way to add cheapotc.com to resellerratings list? Hopefully this s*** will eventually get caught and get what he deserved.

Guys , DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE if you dont want to lose money and time.

i bought minoxidil from him , which had never been delivered to me.
at the end i reported him to BBB.

i got my money back but it s been an annoying experience.

and this son of a .... added a comment : please dont place any orders from us. does he think i will.

I made a wrong decision and bought Rogaine Extra Strength For Men 12 Month with paypal, and paid 194$ on 8 January, but i couldn't get my product still!! The BBB (Better Business Bureau) is a a non-legal entity that works as a mediator in disputes with merchants. The complaint cycle usally takes 30-35 days. The BBB report for this company shows two complaints in the last 3 years, both resolved. So in looks promising. You can file a complaint at https://odr.bbb.org/odrweb/public/GetStarted.aspx.

The BBB will contact the company and get back to you. If the BBB cannot help you, or if you choose not to use them, then it will come down to your method of payment. If you used a credit card you can do a charge-back for non-delivery of goods.
