I ordered a command top notebook from futuretop and recieved it on time but I did not recieve my bag, or software untill the following week. The sales team sent me a cooler and wireless mouse to make up for the misplacement of my package. I have been satisfied with the service of the sales team and the system itself and I would recomend them to anyone wanting a fast laptop for and affordable price.
