*To address your review-volume comment, it is true they get a large volume of reviews, because if you look at their title, you can see there are at least
5 other storefronts affiliated with Consumer Depot [that we know of] so reviews on all those stores are coming in to that store's listing.
As always, the best way to ensure you're dealing with a good merchant is to read several pages of reviews, along with the scores, to get a better bigger-picture.
