Bait and Switch - Flash-Memory-Store.com
I am also a victim of this practice by Flash-Memory-Store.com

I ordered a 4gb samsung sd card. (SAMSSD-4096)

I received a 150x Xpress turbo sd card instead which is a SDHC card.

The SD card shipped is not the card that i ordered and will not work with my product.

Do not buy from Flash-Memory-Store.com or FlashMemoryStore.com

I bought the product from Flash-Memory-Store.com but all of the customer service Emails have been through FlashMemoryStore.com

I fell for this scam in April of 2007. I ordered a Samsung 16 GB Flash drive (see my posting for FlashMemoryStore ratings on this site). In my order letter I put "DO NOT SUBSTITUTE OTHER BRANDS OR MODELS" and FlashMemoryStore reiterated the statement on their invoice they sent me. But the part they sent me was not the Samsung part I ordered but a cheaper model from another manufacturer with lesser specs. I sent them a protest email and a protest snail mail letter, return receipt requested. So far they have not replied. If I don't get a satisfactory reply, I will send them a notarized presumptive letter, with proof of mailing. If they don't respond satisfactorily to this, a lawsuit is in order. It's about time this long standing scam is brought to an end!!!
