Outdoors Getting unhappy with newegg rant

My first time experence with newegg is starting to leave a bad taste in my mouth.
Back near the end of Jan 2005 I was geting ready to build a new rig. a lot of people told me to go with newegg over who I usally use. Right. Machine got built, was a happy person, saved almost $200.00 from newegg compared to my where I usally shop online.
2 week July 2005, 530 PSU rear fail blade decided to fail, RMA it and a week later I had a replacement. Happy, Happy, so I thought.. Wrong type of 530 psu was sent, too small in size, (meaning it would slide right thought the psu hole in my dragon full tower, inch or so smaller} no sata connector, no extra 12 volt, main power plug was not the type I need for my abit lga 775 board, psu was wired for the older P4 boards. called them, custemor service seemed lost as to why I was unhappy and wanted to rma this one
RMA the the one they sent that was not correct, newegg recived it at 5 AM 27 July and was signed for by a M. Wong. today is 01 Aug 2005 @ 2115 hrs and I have not heard a thing from newegg.
Yes I know it takes a couple days to procsess the incoming items. I am on step 1 still. meaning they say the have not recived it yet.
Note: The power supply I bought orginaly in Jan is still in stock, and was when I did the first rma, I have no clue why they sent a totaly different one as a replacment.
So been without a machine since the first rma, my girlfriend is getting feed up with me asking to borrow her notebook all the time, which is what I have tonight.
So 02 Aug I am ordering a unit from pc power and cooling and calling newegg and tell them to stick it, but in a nicer way, and take the $80.00 as a lost on the 530 unit from them.
One guy I spoke to told me they would charge me a 50% restocking fee if I didn't want the psu I was going to rma back. what the heck? And this was on the wrong one that they had sent me in the first place.
I probley will not be able to repley to my posting for a while, as my girlfriend just called and she's on her way over to pick up her notebook, she's unhappy, as she can not Mirc as I have her machine, I don't really blame her one bit.
sigh......

I have ordered from them twice with no problems.
Though it was nicer when they included shipping for free.
My biggest beef is you can't talk to anyone BEFORE the sale!

02 Aug 2005 Update:

I called today and spoke with Nichcolas x209, he was very helpfull and understanding. He relized how upset I was and we canceled the RMA and he put it in as a refund instead, He said it will take about 3 - 5 business days for the credit to show up on my mastercard.
Thank you Nichcolas.
