Recently I have delt a lot with Monarch Computers (monarchcomputer.com) and BFG Tech (BFGtech.com) and I must say... I have received outstanding technical support and customer service.
I had a faulty graphics card and when i mentioned it to BFG they had it replaced and at my house in 2 days and they had also upgraded my product. I had called probably 8 times also and no one ever got sick of me (or at least showed it
) and always gave me the best help with everything i needed and also they system they have with technical support is great in that they simply look over all of the notes from previous calls and know what you looking for.
Monarch is the dealer I went through to do all of this and I will again say they have excellent customer service. All of my E-mails were answered literally within a few hours and all of my questions were answered fully and I received so much information I had not previously known that gave me all the insight in needed in making my purchase.
If your in the need for a graphics card or motherboard I would say deffinately check out BFG and I will always recommend Monarch Computers.
