Where to buy Windows XP?

Hey I've been looking around online at getting another Windows XP Pro License. If I buy a license I want to be sure it's a legit and legal license. I saw one here. but I'm not so sure it's legit, the only reason I think it might be legit is because it says academic so I could see a low price because of that.
