My customized ZD8000 laptop arrived on-time & as per my order specifications. I like the variety of customization which HP gives in their products. I also included a 3-year inhouse service for the ZD8000 at a cost of $179.99 which I think is a great buy for the price. I hope that there are no failures, but if there is, full coverage is a must (especially for a laptop). I can highly recommend their laptop line as I also have a friend who bought one from HP & is entirely satisfied also.
Buy the way, stay away from theie inkjet printers. I had one of their business inkjet printers with extended warranty & had to return it 5 (that's right 5) times for repair/replacement.
