Bill but don't ship sellers?

Anyone know how to 'follow up' with sellers that bill but don't ship? RTA Concepts (rtaconcepts.com) told me that a $200 desk was on backorder, so now it's too late to contest the charge.

What other actions can I take?

Call them and cancel the order. If they won't help, call your Credit Card Company and stop/reverse the payment.

Look on the back of your last credit card statement and it will tell how to dispute a charge. It is best to do it in writing to preserve your rights. I have never been refused on a charge that I disputed. Also you need to do this fairly soon. Your right to file a dispute lapses after a certain period.
