I researched this scammer & found some interesting information. I looked up the address in McKinney, Texas on the county Website in real estate for McKinney Texas. Looks like the owners of the property that bobj lists to mail payments to is owned by a Jimmy Rogers. I then went to Verizon's site & looked up their phone number. It is listed. Maybe try calling Mr. Rogers to get more information on who lives in that house listed on Comp-Recycler's site. Good luck tracking down this scammer.
