minidv camcorder guidance needed

I'm looking to buy a decent quality minidv camcorder in the next day or two. I'm currently looking at this one, http://salestores1.com/jvcgrdica2lc.html but some reviews aren't that great. I want firewire to computer functionality and an lcd screen that flips out, other than that, bot terribly particular. A remote would be nice, but not mandatory.

Can anyone advise, or point me to a better camera in the same price range? I'm looking to spend $200ish, but would gladly spend another $50 for a superior product.
