Beware Infinity Systems/oneclickpc
After a week of no communications from Infinity Systems I am assuming they have no customer service experience at all. I orderd a MB/CPU/RAM combo on 4/1/05 and still after emailing and submitting a form for a shipping number I still have no replies. Oh yes, they certainly sucked $250 from my PP account as soon as I orderd and an auto generated reply confirming an order number was received. THey also have ads in Pricewatch under the name of oneclick pc which apparently goes to teh same site. Anyone else have any bad experiences?
