Anyone know Panwebi.com?

I've been looking for the Panasonic PV-GS400 camcorder. B&H, onecall, adorama, etc., are out of stock and no one seems to know when they are getting more in. I found Panwebi on Ebay first and they have a 99.4% approval rating with a few thousand transactions. I found their web site and they show the camera in stock but I haven't called to confirm yet. Anybody know anything about them or when this camera is being shipped from Panasonic to the other dealers?
