directron-paypal warning
ordered something small ~$40 and paid via paypal. cancelled order and was informed i would be mailed a check. that was well over 2 months ago and, although ive waited longer for refunds, communication has suprisingly dried up completely. if i get an answer at all its either "noones here to help with your problem"(yes i really get that as an answer) or "we will look into it" then absolutely nothing.
sadly its just a small amount and ive had pretty good service from directron in the past, their prices are usually a little higher but i thought it was worth it at the time. now i will never use them, recommend them, or fail to let everyone know of my last experience with them.
maybe the merge with axiontech has brought changes for the worse.
