Do not buy from this company. They have awful customer service. Do not ever expect to talk to a live person. Once you place an order you are totally in the dark about your purchase. If you have trouble with them, dispute all charges with your credit card company, do not let them hold your money with no promise of a delivery date. Take back control of the situation and dispute the charges. After enough people become aware of there shady buisness practices then we want have to worry about Tekdeal there will not be one. Tek-Deal is no deal at all.

Yes I too, have been "taken" by this so called company. Once I placed my order I was immediately charged and sent a confirmation indicating that my order had "shipped". That was on April 19th, well it is now MAY 1st and it still hasen't "shipped". Not only that but the product now has gone down in price by $20.00 and I was told I could not receive the savings eventhough their website states that any price reductions by them within 30 days of purchase will be refunded. Well my order hasen't even shipped yet and I was refused the price cut. These people can't tell me when it will ship and I wonder "if" it will ever ship.
I will wait until May 2nd and if I still don't hear anything from these folks I will contest the charge on my credit card. (If it isn't already too late)
