What is best PC TV tuner add-on to buy?

I want a TV Tuner card or actually preferably an external device I could connect up to my PC so I can watch TV on my desktop, play PS2/XBox via s-video input on my 21" Viewsonic. I'd also like the option to record either tv or my video game playing in decent quality.

I was looking at the ATI external TV tuner card which uses USB 2.0 and is $99 and also the Pinnacle Mediacenter 100e version which is $119. Can anyone recommend if either of these are good or if you know of a good external device that would do what I need it to do?

Thanks!

Though I don't have any experience with either of these products, the ATI one is the 1 I would get, if only in consideration of the internal models.

I can't comment on other brands, but I have not been overly impressed with my ATI TV wonder. It's not bad, but I can't help but think there is something better out there.

Maximum PC did a review of five of them this month and they gave this one top rating, looks quite nice. I see Newegg is out of stock though.

I personally love my ATI AIW cards but thats the whole video card and all.

I have a Hauppauge WinTV-GO card, that works fine for me.
