New cheap PC, need help in part decision

I have a friend who wants me to build a new PC, and he wants it at $600 max. Here is what I think he should have-
AMD Athlon 64 3000+ Retail $146
Asus K8N nForce 3 250 $87
Video Card? Around $100-$150
RAM-Corsair VS512MB400 $53
Hard Drive-80 GB SATA Seagate OEM $70
He already has optical drives
Use the onboard sound
Total $506

for video card look for a cheap nvidia geforce 6600 I think woudl fit the ticket..

Assuming that he'll pay for it. He's on the cheap side and I gave a GeForce 4 PCI to him, but, I'll try to convince him that a 6600 is a good investment. Now, which brand of 6600 should I get him?
