I sent this email to the company after having received and tested a notebook that I ordered from them:
I just wanted to make it known that I purchased a laptop from ibuypower.com and although I read some negative comments on the internet about this company, the price was just too good not to make the purchase anyway. I am so glad I did. I read where some people supposedly didn’t get what they ordered or it took too long. I got exactly what I ordered within the time frame they said it would be delivered in. For anyone considering purchasing from ibp or anyone else, I would strongly recommend it. I got a great deal on an awesome system. I will definitely purchase from them again.

The reason for posting here is this; it seems you hear the bad publicity about someone or something a lot more that you hear good about them. The bottom line is they did exactly what they said they would do. I hope this helps someone...
