They are the most awful company I have ever dealt with. Do NOT buy anything from them. Their Customer Service was AWFUL!

They first delivered the fax machine a week late. Also, they sent it to the wrong address. Then, it took them over a week to resend. Then, the machine broke. Then, they refused to exchange it because we threw out the box. Then, they said that they'd exchange it but we have to pay for a new machine and they'll refund the second charge after we send back the defective machine. Then they said we have to pay a restocking fee. Then, they said that we have to pay for shipping. They had the nerve to tell me that since they sent us the fax machine originally as a courtesy (which is their offer for all of their customers), that we should have the courtesy to pay for the shipping! Finally, after telling them that we're not paying for anything at all and we're reversing the charge on our credit card and that we're going to complain to the better business bureau, they decided to waive all the extra fees.
