I WISH I HAD NEVER TAKEN A CHANCE WITH THESE UNPROFESSIONAL "KIDS".. NEVER AGAIN WILL I TAKE THE LINK TO THE CHEAPEST OFFER OF A PRODUCT BECAUSE CHEAP SERVICES ARE ALSO RENDERED.

I ORDERED A MICROSOFT GPS DEVICE FROM THEM ON FEB 17TH AND WAS SUPRISED TO SEE THAT THEY OFFERED FREE 2 DAY SHIPPING! WELL IT DIDNT SAY WHICH CARRIER THAT WAS WITH AND WHEN I SELECTED MY SHIPPING OPTION I DONT EVEN REMEMBER SEEING FED EX WHICH THEY NOW TELL ME I WAS SUPPOSED TO SELECT. I JUST PICKED THE ONE ON THE TOP FIGURING THAT THE REST WOULD BE TAKEN CARE OF FOR ME. I WAS WRONG. TO TOP IT OFF THEY LOST MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AND I WAS CALLED ON THE 18TH TO SAY THAT I HAD TO CALL THEM BACK TO GIVE THEM MY ADDRESS.. SO I ONLY TODAY (THE 23RD) FIND OUT MY TRACKING NUMBER AND REALISE ITS GOING TO TAKE UNTIL THE 1ST TO GET WHAT I HAVE PAID FOR.

TALK ABOUT CONVENIENCE! IM NOT EVEN GOING TO GO INTO DETAIL ABOUT THE ARROGANCE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REP HAD BUT I SHOULD HAVE GUESSED THAT MUCH. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN, I SUGGEST EVERYONE ELSE TAKE NOTE.

I just made my 1st and last purchase with them. Horrible experience, never again. They ran some pretty cool scams on me. I had a pretty large order, like over $1600 worth of stuff. The video card showed in stock when I bought it, 5 days of processing later they send me an email after my order is packed and can't be cancelled, the video card is back ordered.

I'd talked to them twice on the phone that week of processing (which is rediculous in itslef) and was told everything was in stock and would ship.

Sorry to hear that your having problems with them. I have ordered several times from them and never had a problem. That was sometime ago tho, maybe things have changed

I have bought parts for my last 3 pcs from ZZF, and recently bought the motherboard for a new PC I am building. They burned me on the E6600 cpu I wanted, but I got it elsewhere. I have had good and bad experiences with both ZZF and NewEgg, and I will probably still use either because I absolutely will not use TD.
