Kids Custom configured pc?

I'm in the market for a new PC,like to find a good company that will configure one at a reasonable price, and has a good selection of components to choose from.So far,the best places I've found here with good ratings are Monarch and CPU Solutions, has anyone dealt with them,or can recommend other places?

have you looked at Envision Computer? I found them easy to deal with even on their budget systems. For example, to save me the work, they partitioned a large drive into the increments that I asked for without any extra charge.

If your going to playing any games on that computer I would recommend adding another 512MB of RAM.

I was considering that, given the demands some newer games have. Not sure how big a psu I should get, either, hoping 480W is enough for the SLI,probably be adding a second 6800GT in the future.

The extra 512 will make a difference, when I upgraded from 512 to 1GB it made a big difference with the stuttering and slow down of some games. The Antec is a good stable PSU and should be fine with your current set up and even with dual 6800GT's there shouldn't be any problems with that PSU.

I would go no less than a 550W quality PSU for a 6800GT SLI setup.

Kids

Just as an aside, does anyone know why Dell doesn't offer AMD processors in their systems?I've seen some great deals from them when they run the occasional 30 to 40% specials, but I'm looking for an Athlon 64 system.Considering that 64's are cheaper than comparable Intels, and outperform them, you'd think they'd at least offer the option with their XPS gaming system.
