I may call them one day this week just to check with a real person. I'm not going to cancel, as I can wait a week or two for it to get in stock if I have to. The last time I ordered something from them it was the Looney Tunes Golden Collection DVD's, bout $10 cheaper than everywhere else. I waited two weeks, cancelled, and two days later when I checked is was back in stock. Grrrrr.

The motherboards are always ECS when they don't tell you the brand, once in a while they will have an ASUS or MSI bundle & they will tell you that

Been running solid for a month now. Didn't get any real benefit from fancy RAM, so I put a gig of Corsair 400MHz value RAM for a buck. Once my 9700Pro gets back from Gigabyte, it should be complete (running a GF2-GTS in it now).

According to SiSoft, it runs about the same as a KT333 with an XP2000+ CPU. Still acceptable for the cost. But that same software also says the rails are insane...which I have found to be false.

Well worth the price:

$ 77 cpu & mobo
$ 36 PSU
$ 98 RAM
$ 67 DVD+/-R9
$ 99 160G SATA NCQ 5yr warranty
------
$377

XP Pro for $12 (provided by MSAA)
hand-me-down case $0
19" CRT $190 from WalMart some time ago
Spare KB/M $0

I will need a KVM switch so I can put the server on the same KVM components

Thanks OutPost. You're not too bad after all.
