esoxmagnum, I ordered my Falcon March 23rd and it shipped today, just when they said it would. I cannot say anything about the computer but I can tell you this, I have called Falcon or emailed them nearly every day asking them question after question about my computer, home networking, gaming, what games are best, you name it and never once did Warren or any of the other techs lose patience with me.
I would say even after getting my $2800 they still treat me as if they are trying to sell me a new computer. I have never dealt with a company that has such fine gaming enthusiasists and knowledgeable people working in the computer industry, of which I have been a part of for about 17 years give or take. Every email is answered within 24 hours, usually within a couple hours but best yet about 80% of the time when you call you get a regular person answering the phone, someone who speaks English and is eager to answer even the most stupid or complicated questions. For the 20% of the time you get a voicemail and they call you back, everytime I've been called back within the hour and usually within 5 or 10 minutes.
Again, I can not comment on the computer itself but I will tell you that if you are looking to spend some decent money not just on a computer but on investing in part of a family of gamers that Falcon is the way to go, no question. Considering how I've been treated I am confident that even if my Fragbox 2 has issues (God forbid) that I will be taken care of. I would imagine this is exactly what anyone ready to invest money in a machine would like to hear and I can back up the others here when I say that this is the case. You just are not going to find another company with this level of service IMO.
