I had the most unbelievably HORRIBLE experience with yet another NY-based electronics scam shop. These people there are completely unprofessional. They are totally about the upsell and bait and switch. The reviews listed on Smartshopper are all bogus as I contacted Smartshopper who said that the reviews (there are only 5) could possibly have been submitted by the same individual, but they were not at liberty to disclose that information. I contacted this company by phone and spoke first to a Peter who disconnected my 4 times, then to a Patrick who put me on hold twice then disconnected me. He said when I called back that they do not take orders over the phone and that the Olympus c-8080 was no longer in stock unless I purchased the "presidential" package, a 269.00 package!!! This site and it's operation should be avoided and investigated. WHERE ARE THE HONEST, REPUTABLE RESELLERS! Focusfreeimaging.com IS NOT ONE!

I also had a HORRIBLE experience with them. I've read the outstanding reviews by 5 folks at Smartshopper and took my chance - big mistake. I mean BIG TIME! The reviewers, all 5 of them must've been relatives - brothers, sisters, aunt, cousins and neighboor's pets.
The online ordering was a snap however you receive an email asking to call back to confirm the order. That's when hard sales pitch starts. Everything they try to dump on you are overpriced and things you don't need. Then when you decline to purchase them - suddenly the item you ordered is out of stock and becomes backordered. At that point, they want you to cancel your order because they won't make $$$. They should just up front tell you that they're not making any profit so they don't want your business.
Whoever is reading this, don't ever consider buying anything from them. A total waste of time & energy.
