Innex Inc. - XBox Dance pads

DOn't do business with Innex. Simpley put they sell cheap (as in quality) merchandise and while appearing to be customer friendly (answering email initially, etc), when pressed to replace defective merchandise, they go into hiding. I notified them in early January of a problem with some Christmas merchandise and have been trading emails for over a month. They refuse to provide a contact number and there promises to call me have never occured.

I would have to disagree. Recently, We purchased 2 3.5 Deluxe pads, 2 metal pads, and xbox dance pads as well. they work PERFECTLY. No problems with innex here. I also introduced my friends to the Innex, Inc. company, and we all dance together with the innex pads. they are one of the top sellers i would say. If you want quality dance pads, you should purchase from innex. Shipping was 1 day late, but that was due to the christmas rush. THANKS INNEX!!!

Glad to hear you did not have the same experiance with Innex and did not need to seek customer support, or I am sure you would have a diffrent feeling. I am sure you would agree that any company that refuses to support a defective product is not a reputible business worth the risk of doing business with? I need to hold to my previous comments that this company is NO GOOD.

I'm having a similar problem as you are, lkewin, but it's with a different product. One of the six Xbox controller extension cables that I purchased from Innex was defective. They agreed to send a new one to me and didn't require that I send the defective one back (very nice of them). After a little over a week, I contacted them again asking where the replacement item was. They then sent me an email back asking what I was wanting exactly, since the first person I contacted was "out of the office". I explained everything all over. I got an email back the next day saying the replacement item was shipped out. When it arrived 3 or 4 days later, it was the entirely wrong item. I contacted them immediately about the error. Now, they are wanting me to pay to ship the incorrect item to them and then once they receive it, they will ship my replacement cord.

First, I don't think it's my responsibility to pay for shipping an item back to them that was incorrectly sent in the first place. Second, I shouldn't have to wait 3 weeks for a replacement cord and then be sent the wrong one. Each email that I sent referred to the Ebay Item #, so there shoudn't have been any confusion.

I mainly wanted to let you know that I did some sleuthing and have found their phone number, if you wish to try and contact them. I just called it and no one answered. Who knows, that may be the way it is all the time. Anyway, Innex, Inc.'s phone number is 626-357-5199.

Hope that helps you get your item.

I just talked to someone about an hour ago and got everything straightened out. I just explained over the phone what had transpired over the past few weeks via email. The guy I talked to was really cool and started printing my shipping label as we were talking.

Hope it works out as well for you as it has for me.

I didn't pay much attention, as I was asking for one of the two girls that I had been in touch with via email...but I think that's what he said his name was. Did he sound like a younger guy? If so, that was probably him.
